Most items ship LTL freight from U.S. warehouses, palletized or crated. Quotes always include delivered pricing — no surprise freight add-ons at checkout.

We confirm four things on every order: loading dock access, liftgate needs, forklift availability, and whether the address is residential. Getting these right up front is the difference between a clean delivery and a redelivery fee.

Before you sign for delivery — 60-second checklist: (1) count pieces against the delivery receipt, (2) inspect for visible damage — bent steel, torn packaging, broken banding, (3) if anything looks off, write it on the BOL before signing. A clean signature waives damage claims. Noted damage = we replace it fast, at no cost.
