Returns Policy

Standard returns:unused items in original packaging may be returned within 30 days. A 25% restocking fee applies, and freight is the customer's responsibility both ways. This is the industry standard for LTL industrial equipment.

Freight damage: if damage is noted on the Bill of Lading at delivery, we replace the item fast, at no cost, no fight. This is why our delivery confirmation walks you through the 60-second BOL inspection.

Custom and configured items (built-to-order ramps, configured cages, cut-to-size product) are final sale.
